Job summary

The Westin Dallas Fort Worth Airport hotel, operated by HHM Hospitality, is seeking a Bus Person to support dining room service. You will clear and reset tables, stock service stations, and assist food servers to ensure guest satisfaction.

You must maintain station cleanliness, serve beverages and breads, and help with dishwashing duties while following EarthView sustainability practices and safety standards. This role may require standing for long periods and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Clear dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting.
• Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods.
• Serve guests with beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.
• Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective safety equipment and follow MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
