Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Guest Service Agent in Culver City, CA to greet and assist guests, check in/out, and handle reservations using our PMS system. You will balance payments, respond to guest requests, and support the front desk team during peak periods.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience or equivalent training required.
• Knowledge of PMS systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and assist with their needs.
• Register guests and assign rooms using the PMS system.
• Establish methods of payment and verify credit.
• Make and confirm reservations for guests.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and provide change as needed.
• Transmit and receive messages via telephone or PMS.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues.
• Secure guests' valuables in hotel safe if needed.
• Perform basic bookkeeping and balance accounts.
• Strive to improve overall guest satisfaction and service quality.
• Adhere to safety standards and wear required PPE.
• Assist in the breakfast area or with luggage as needed.
• Support management with miscellaneous duties.
