Tharaldson Hospitality Management is hiring a Guest Service Agent (Front Desk) in Wisconsin. You will greet guests, check in/out, answer calls, and maintain lobby cleanliness while ensuring a welcoming experience.

The role requires friendly, professional service, the ability to handle guest information securely, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred.

Formación

• Previous customer service experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
• A friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and calm when handling guest concerns.
• Ability to handle confidential guest information with integrity.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.

• Answer phones, route calls, and accurately take guest messages.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle guest information and records with confidentiality and integrity.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Complete required front desk paperwork, logs, and reports.
• Perform property walks and help maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and common areas.
• Assist with breakfast service and keep the area clean and stocked, as needed.
• Provide wake-up calls and assist guests with special requests.
• Communicate important guest and property information to the team through the pass-on log.
• Support hotel sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager.
• Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
