Roseville TownePlace Suites by Marriott is seeking a friendly Guest Service Agent to welcome guests, check them in and out, and ensure a smooth front desk experience.

Competitive hourly wage from $16.90 to $19.00, with daily pay option and a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid vacation, and hotel discounts.

Qualifikationen

• Previous customer service experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to remain professional and calm when handling guest concerns.
• Ability to handle confidential guest information with integrity.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Reliable and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Perform property walks and help maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and common areas.
• Assist with breakfast service and keep the area clean and stocked, as needed.
• Provide wake-up calls and assist guests with special requests.
• Communicate important guest and property information to the team through the pass-on log.
• Support hotel sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager.
• Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
