Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a full-time Guest Service Agent. Join a 89-room luxury retreat near Skaneateles Lake to deliver warm hospitality and outstanding guest experiences.

Greet guests, share hotel information, and manage reservations, check-ins/outs, and guest records with accuracy. Flexible shifts include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays to support year-round service.

Qualifications

• Must have open availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask calmly under pressure.
• Service-first attitude with guest-centric approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and hospitality upon arrival.
• Provide information about the hotel, room features, spa, dining, and amenities.
• Process all incoming and outgoing reservations and cancellation requests efficiently.
• Handle in-house guest needs such as reservation modifications, extensions, late check-outs, and rebookings.
• Make, modify, and cancel reservations via phone, online, or in person.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records, including billing, payments, and charges.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, helpful manner.
• Maintain daily logs, checklists, and front desk reports.
• Stay knowledgeable about hotel services, special packages, promotions, and local attractions.
