Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton, is seeking a Server Assistant to support servers and kitchen staff in delivering top-notch dining experiences at our 89-room resort in the heart of New York's Finger Lakes.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent service to ensure a positive dining experience.
• Work well with servers, kitchen staff, and managers.
• Maintain clean, stocked, organized restaurant areas.
• Stand for long periods and carry trays in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous restaurant experience required.
• Ability to multitask in a busy setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist servers with table setup and clean-up.
• Replace dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly.
• Deliver drinks, food, and condiments to tables as directed by servers.
• Ensure items ordered are presented quickly and accurately.
• Communicate orders and needs with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and stock of dining areas and restrooms.
• Assist in food delivery or take-out orders as necessary.
• Help servers with closing tasks for the next shift.

Skaneateles Fields Resort & Spa, part of the Curio Collection by Hilton™, is currently hiring a Server Assistant to support the work of kitchen staff and servers in the restaurant by ensuring they deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining the flow of restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Servers with table set-up and clean-up
• Replace dirty dishes, glassware, and utensils promptly
• Assist in clearing away plates, utensils, and napkins when guests finish their meals
• Deliver drinks, food, and condiments to tables as directed by servers
• Ensure that all items ordered are presented to guests quickly and accurately
• Ensure dining areas, tables, and restrooms are clean and well‑stocked throughout shifts
• Clean and sanitize menus, table settings, and high‑touch areas as needed
• Communicate orders and needs with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Assist in food delivery or take‑out orders as necessary
• Help servers with closing tasks like setting up the dining room for the next shift
• Clean and reset tables for incoming guests

Qualifications:

• Ability to provide excellent service, ensuring a positive dining experience
