We are looking to grow our family with the addition of a Guest Service Agent.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Check guest in, ensuring proper credit is received, special requests are noted and fulfilled and accurate information is established.
2. Thoroughly complete all guest transactions.
3. Promote and sell special hotel programs.
4. Interact with staff in a professional manner, assisting other departments with necessary information.
5. Be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies.
6. Maintain house bank.
7. Communicate all pertinent information to the Front Office Manager and Supervisor.
8. Follow set procedures on posting, charges, and refunds.

QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• One year experience in hotel front desk or reservations preferred.
• Hotel PMS computer experience. Hilton OnQ or PEP computer experience is a plus.
• One year experience in customer service.
