Salary: £12.27 per hour + Sales Incentives

As a Guest Service Agent, you will serve in the Front Office department, providing services for guests to contribute to an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out, and assist with breakfast, bar, and restaurant duties. This role influences the first impressions of our guests and involves the following responsibilities:

What will I be doing?
  • Achieving positive outcomes from guest queries in a timely and efficient manner
  • Ensuring an efficient reception experience, including check-in/out and audit procedures
  • Keeping the Guest Service Supervisor informed of relevant guest feedback and departmental updates
  • Taking and delivering food and drinks orders, demonstrating exceptional customer service, and creating memorable experiences
  • Demonstrating knowledge of hotel room categories, rates, packages, and promotions
  • Maximizing room occupancy through up-selling hotel services and facilities
  • Accepting foreign currencies, credit cards, and cash in accordance with hotel policies
  • Complying with security, fire regulations, and health and safety legislation
  • Following company brand standards
