• 1 year of experience in guest services or front desk preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle payment processing and billing accurately.

Responsibilities

• Process check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, professional manner.
• Secure and process payments; verify and adjust guest billing when needed.
• Assist guests with reservations and special requests, ensuring timely, high-quality service.
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve issues in line with brand standards.

Job description

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for processing check-ins/outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional and timely manner, while following high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. This position will anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and implement creative solutions to provide exceptional service while complying with brand standards.
