The Guest Service Agent is responsible for processing check-ins/outs, securing payment, verifying and adjusting billing, and assisting guests with reservations and requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. The role requires maintaining high standards of quality to ensure guest satisfaction. This position involves anticipating guest needs, exceeding expectations, and implementing creative solutions to provide exceptional service while adhering to brand standards. The shifts available are 1st (7AM-3PM) and 2nd (3PM-11PM).
