Tharaldson Hospitality Management LLC is seeking a Guest Service Agent at the SpringHill Suites in Ontario, CA. This front desk role requires a friendly, professional demeanor to welcome guests, check them in and out, answer calls, and handle guest requests with confidentiality.

You'll join a supportive team at a property with daily pay options, competitive pay, and benefits. The schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Friendly, positive attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional when handling guest concerns; stay calm under pressure.
• Handle confidential guest information with integrity.
• Basic computer and cash-handling skills.
• Reliable attendance with ability to work a flexible schedule.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in/out and assign rooms.
• Answer phones, route calls, and accurately take guest messages.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Handle guest information and records with confidentiality and integrity.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Complete required front desk paperwork, logs, and reports.
• Perform property walks and help maintain a clean, welcoming lobby and common areas.
• Assist with breakfast service and keep the area clean and stocked, as needed.
• Provide wake-up calls and assist guests with special requests.
• Communicate important guest and property information to the team through the pass-on log.
• Support hotel sales and marketing efforts as directed by the General Manager.
• Assist with laundry and other hotel operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
