Job summary

Tharaldson Hospitality Management is seeking a Guest Service Agent to warmly welcome guests and manage the front desk with professionalism. You will be the first and last guest contact, contributing to a positive stay.

Responsibilities include checking guests in and out, answering phones, taking messages, handling guest requests, maintaining confidentiality of guest records, and keeping logs and reports up to date.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Friendly, positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
• Ability to handle cash and basic computer tasks.
• Willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Check guests in and out and assign rooms.
• Answer phones, route calls, and accurately take guest messages.
• Respond to guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Handle guest information and records with confidentiality and integrity.
• Maintain accurate cash and transaction records.
• Complete required front desk paperwork, logs, and reports.
• Perform property walks and keep lobby/common areas clean and welcoming.
• Assist with breakfast service and keep area stocked.
