Job summary

Anakeesta in Gatlinburg, TN is hiring a Guest Service Agent to be the first point of contact for guests and to represent the park with enthusiasm. You will assist guests with admissions, ticket purchases, and information about attractions and operating hours.

Ideal candidates are 16+ with strong communication, multitasking ability, and a friendly, problem-solving attitude. The role requires flexibility for days, nights, weekends and holidays. Competitive hourly pay and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 16 years of age or older.
• Proficient communication skills.
• Experience in sales or guest services preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide guest service that exceeds expectations.
• Assist guests in selecting activities based on family size, ages, and length of stay.
• Handle transactions through POS systems.
• Sell general admission tickets, zip-line tickets, vouchers, online admission ticket purchases, online zipline adventure purchases, Annual Passes, special events, etc.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide directions and information on events and operating hours.
• Maintain cleanliness of working area and surrounding Parkway; this includes picking up debris left by guests and nature.
• Ensure that all supplies are well-stocked at the beginning and end of day.
• Communicate with other team members to ensure up-to-date information is always provided to guests.
• Other duties as assigned.

They are the first point of contact with our guests and represent our image to the public.
