Job Summary:
The Guest Service Agent at voco the Cadence is a crucial member of the hotel team responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a positive and memorable experience for hotel guests. This individual will handle all guest interactions and inquiries, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide general assistance and support to guests during their stay. The Guest Service Agent will also work closely with other hotel departments to ensure seamless coordination of guest services.
Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry, offering a competitive compensation package of $16 to $18 per hour. Employees will be paid on a weekly basis and will also be eligible for various benefits including healthcare, paid time off, and hotel disounts at IHG hotels worldwide.
