• Ensure customer satisfaction by finalizing transactions effectively.
• Oversee and support the execution of oil changes and fluid exchanges.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the shop.

What You’ll Do

As a Guest Service Advisor, you’re the face of Lube X‑press. You’ll lead our Best‑in‑Class Service, making sure every guest receives a fast, friendly, and honest experience while keeping their vehicle running smoothly.

Key responsibilities include:

• Welcoming guests and guiding them through their service visit with professionalism
• Using our POS system to provide accurate recommendations based on the vehicle’s make, model, and mileage
• Accurately finalizing transactions and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Overseeing and supporting the execution of oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid exchanges, ensuring quality and efficiency
• Keeping the shop clean, organized, and safe
