Job summary

FINE Entertainment Management is seeking a Security Host to provide friendly, engaging service and maintain a safe atmosphere for guests at the PKWY Flamingo venue in Las Vegas, NV. You will enforce standards, monitor crowd flow, and respond to incidents with professionalism.

The role requires 21+ status, security experience preferred, strong communication, and English fluency. Alcohol Awareness Card and LVMPD Sheriff’s Card are required.

Qualifications

• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Must be able to initiate and engage guests in conversation professionally.
• Must communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior levels of customer service to all guests.
• Maintain a safe atmosphere for all guests and team members.
• Apply verbal judo concepts in communication with irate or intoxicated guests.
• Report safety or security incidents to Security Director and General Manager.
• Forward employee incidents to HR and Director of Security as soon as completed.
• Complete a report for all guest incidents such as injuries or security issues.
• Ensure guests are of age by checking identification.
• Maintain high visibility during shift.
• Enforce guest conduct standards including dress code.
• Protect venue property by monitoring crowd activity.
• Control flow of guests entering the venue and high traffic walkways.
• Address guest questions and problems promptly.
• Stop illegal activity or inappropriate behavior immediately.
• Escort guests from the premises as directed by management.
• Market social media and the Fine Entertainment app.
