Job summary

Palms Casino Resort is seeking an Officer Security to ensure the highest levels of safety for guests and team members. You will deter threats, respond to emergencies, and support life safety efforts across the property.

Responsibilities include patrolling premises, speaking with guests, conducting investigations, and providing first aid where needed. A Nevada Gaming License and CPR/AED certification are required, with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must have a government-issued ID.
• Must obtain a TAM Card.
• Must obtain a Nevada Gaming License.
• Must be able to obtain CPR/AED Card.
• Must be able to use a Fire Extinguisher.
• Must have a valid driver's license if Security Bike Officer.

Responsibilities

• Ensures establishment and its surroundings are protected and provides public safety for guests, team members, facilities, and operations.
• Responds to calls in inclement weather and interacts with guests of all backgrounds.
• Completes investigations and writes reports in accordance with procedures.
• Assists in emergencies by securing scenes, alerting staff, summoning responders, and conducting evacuations.
