Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• High school graduate or equivalent is required.
• Two years’ experience in a position with direct guest contact required.
• Prior experience in a position with direct guest contact is preferred.
• Ability to manage several tasks at once.
• Good oral and written communication skills; basic computer knowledge.
• Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift.
• Must present a well-groomed appearance.
• Must be able to prepare effective written reports.
• Must be able to get along with co-workers and work as a team.
• Must be able to physi-cally restrain individuals when a condition of arrest exists.
• Must respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations and make rational decisions.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and well-being of guests and Team Members.
• Escort customers in need and provide directions.
• Assist civil and law enforcement authorities when needed.
• Conduct money handling duties and jackpot verifications.
• Provide escorts of money and personnel in money-handling roles.
• Administer first aid, including CPR when necessary.
• Patrol property to identify hazards and security gaps.
• Interview and document incidents per company policy.
• Record detailed descriptions for lost and found items.
• Enforce company policies and procedures.
• Meet attendance guidelines and adhere to policies.
