Job summary

Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster, PA seeks a Security Agent to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff. The ideal candidate has attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities include enforcing park rules, monitoring assets, and responding to emergencies. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; a high school diploma or equivalent is required; English fluency is essential and bilingual

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year security or related experience desired.
• Fluent English; bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all Park rules and regulations.
• Monitor assets to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Communicate potential issues to supervisors in a timely manner.
• Assist in safety prevention and emergencies; support crowd control.
