Job summary

Idlewild and SoakZone seeks a Security Agent to protect guests and staff by enforcing rules, monitoring assets, and responding promptly to safety concerns. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 18+ age, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Bilingual skills are a plus, and the park offers a flexible schedule, free admission, and cross-training across departments. Candidates should have at least 1 year of security or related experience, strong communication

Qualifications

• Eye for detail and ability to problem-solve in fast-paced environments.
• Fluent English reading/writing; bilingual skills (Spanish or others) are a plus.
• Customer service skills to resolve guest questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Enforce park rules and regulations to ensure guest and employee safety.
• Monitor assets and maintain vigilance during park operations.
• Communicate potential issues to leadership and other departments promptly.
• Respond to safety calls, alarms, and emergencies with calm and clear actions.
• Collaborate with first responders and other teams during emergencies.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle guest interactions professionally.
