Dutch Wonderland in Lancaster, PA is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Team Member to assist guests, prepare food, and deliver an engaging, high‑quality dining experience in a fast‑paced park setting.

No education requirements; 16+; flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays; reliable transportation; ability to follow safety rules; bilingual language skills are a plus; Palace Perks include free park admission and cross‑training opportunities across departments.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, assist with questions, and manage accurate transactions to provide an engaging customer experience
• Smile and communicate with coworkers and guests
• Prepare and serve food and drinks in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain a safe work environment, according to company and external inspection standards
• Replenish condiments, beverages, and food supplies while maintaining a clean work area
• Conduct transactions while ensuring all handling procedures are followed – including credit and refund transactions, loss prevention
• Maintain compliance with company and industry best practices, policies, and procedures to create a safe environment for colleagues and guests
• Monitor product quality and communicate shrinkage/waste to the lead and/or supervisor
• Ensure all food product specifications and procedures are followed during preparation
• Provide excellent customer service
• Follow all opening and closing as well as operating procedures for the location – including cleanliness and safety, food safety, food quality, guest service and loss prevention
• Adheres to all training guidelines
• Quickly and politely respond to and resolve guest questions and concerns
• Follow all proper Personnel Protective Equipment guidelines
• All other duties assigned by leadership
