Job summary

Adventureland is seeking a Security Agent to help maintain a safe environment for guests and hosts. You will enforce park rules, monitor facilities, and respond to safety concerns with calm, professional conduct.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, at least 18 years old, and flexibility for evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts if needed. Strong customer service and the ability to work with diverse teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work third shift if park security operates 24 hours.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Strong customer service and calm handling of stressful situations.
• Must maintain required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Enforce all Park rules and regulations.
• Monitor park assets to ensure guest and host safety.
• Conduct bag checks to prevent prohibited items.
• Communicate issues to departments and leadership in a timely manner.
• Assist in safety prevention and response to emergencies.
• Operate monitoring systems and coordinate with responders.
