Qualifications

• Regular and punctual attendance.
• Ability to stand and walk continuously.
• Ability to lift ~50 lbs.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read and write effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Sonesta Service in all guest interactions; uphold G.U.E.S.T. standards.
• Perform security functions including fire prevention and safety checks.
• Investigate thefts, accidents, and incidents on property.
• Prevent losses of property due to theft, burglary, pilferage, or crime.
• Conduct floor patrols and secure facilities during off-hours.
• Report accidents or issues to appropriate departments for repair.
