Job summary

CrossroadsHospitality, LLC seeks a Housekeeping Inspector to oversee cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas, ensuring hotel standards are met and feedback is provided to housekeeping staff. The role includes inspection of rooms, coordination of daily tasks, and interaction with guests to resolve concerns.

You will ensure safety compliance and maintain records, supporting efficient operations during busy periods and reporting issues to management as needed.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in housekeeping, with inspection or supervisory focus preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure hotel standards.
• Provide feedback and guidance to housekeeping staff; assist in task assignments.
• Respond to guest inquiries related to cleanliness and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
• Maintain accurate records of room inspections and communicate status to supervisors.
• Assist with inventory control of cleaning supplies and reorder as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
