Job summary

Onni Group of Companies is seeking a Room Inspector to verify guest rooms are clean and stocked to hotel standards. You will train House Attendants as needed and support room attendance duties.

The role includes supervising housekeeping tasks, following safety policies, and maintaining inventory control, with a focus on guest satisfaction. The position requires strong English communication, excellent customer service, and the ability to work with limited supervision.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate basic English.
• Solid knowledge of duties related to the housekeeping department.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, interpersonal and multi-tasking skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspects all rooms for cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Records inspection results and updates room status after inspection.
• Ensures proper use of inventory and supplies.
• Reports missing, damaged or maintenance issues immediately.
• Resolves guest complaints professionally and courteously.
• Coordinates and assigns duties to Housekeeping staff in manager's absence.
• Complies with security procedures and safety programs.
• Assists in training new housekeeping staff and other duties as needed.
