Job summary

Residence Inn Big Sky / The Wilson Hotel is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet high cleanliness and presentation standards. You will support the housekeeping team, coach associates, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience in a busy hotel setting.

The role involves inspecting rooms, maintaining inventory, and following safety and sustainability guidelines while upholding HHM core values. Prior housekeeping and supervisory experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• High School diploma preferred or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work meets established standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure supplies are available.
• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to associates as needed.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and compliance with standards.
• Assist with cleaning duties to support operations when necessary.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department and follow up.
