Residence Inn Big Sky/ The Wilson Hotel in Big Sky, MT is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to established standards while greeting guests with warmth. You will change linens, replace towels, dust fixtures, and notify management about repairs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm, friendly greeting.
• Clean rooms to standards within allotted time.
• Change linens and replace towels.
• Dust and polish furniture and fixtures.
• Notify managers about repairs needed.
• Process items left in rooms per lost-and-found policy.
• Follow MSDS and OSHA safety rules.
• Assist with house person and lobby duties during peak times.
• Maintain focus on guest satisfaction scores.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
