HHM Hotels is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation standards. You will support the housekeeping team, coach associates, and help deliver an exceptional guest experience while following sustainability practices.

The role involves inspecting work, managing supplies, and assisting with cleaning duties as needed, with a focus on safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are fully stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed to HHM standards and brand values.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.
• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping staff as needed.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality and compliance with standards.
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operations.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up as needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and EarthView program requirements.
• Practice safe work habits and wear required PPE per OSHA guidelines.
• Help ensure guest satisfaction through high cleanliness and service levels.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
