Job summary

HHM Hotels seeks a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure guest rooms and public areas meet cleanliness and brand standards. You will inspect spaces, verify supplies, coach associates, and support a flawless guest experience.

This role supports the housekeeping team, maintains inventory, follows safety guidelines, and participates in sustainability practices under HHM's EarthView program; prior housekeeping and supervisory experience preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are fully stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed in accordance with established standards.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.
• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping associates as needed.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with established standards.
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operational needs.
• Report maintenance issues promptly and follow up as needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices in support of HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear PPE, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Help ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high standards of cleanliness and service.
