HHM Hotels in Orlando, FL is seeking a Housekeeping Inspector to ensure cleanliness and presentation meet brand standards. You will inspect guest rooms and public areas, verify supplies, and coach associates to uphold service quality.

The role supports the housekeeping team, maintains inventory, and helps deliver an excellent guest experience while following safety guidelines and HHM EarthView sustainability practices.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience.
• Previous supervisory responsibility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and assigned areas to ensure cleanliness, maintenance, and presentation meet HHM and brand standards.
• Verify that guest room supplies, amenities, and linens are fully stocked and properly arranged.
• Coach and support housekeeping associates to ensure work is performed in accordance with established standards and HHM values.
• Maintain inventory levels and ensure adequate housekeeping supplies are available.
• Issue supplies, linens, and equipment to housekeeping associates as needed.
• Inspect completed work to verify quality, consistency, and compliance with standards.
• Perform or assist with cleaning duties when necessary to support operational needs.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the appropriate department and follow up as needed.
• Follow sustainability guidelines and practices in support of HHM's EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear PPE, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Help ensure guest satisfaction by maintaining high cleanliness and service standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
