Qualifikationen

• 2+ years in hotel housekeeping or rooms operations
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify deficiencies

• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple room inspections
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multiple departments
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Aufgaben

• Conduct thorough inspections of guest rooms to ensure they meet cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and overall guest readiness.
• Verify guest rooms are cleaned, organized, stocked, and prepared for guest arrival, including linens, amenities, minibar items, furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
• Identify cleanliness issues, maintenance concerns, missing amenities, or other deficiencies and communicate findings to appropriate departments.
• Ensure all identified deficiencies are addressed before updating room status to Vacant Inspected or releasing rooms for occupancy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to prioritize room inspections based on arrivals, early check-ins, and operational needs.
• Report maintenance issues, damaged furnishings, equipment malfunctions, and other room deficiencies via HotSOS or designated system.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to verify issues are resolved and rooms meet quality standards.
• Inspect designated public areas to ensure cleanliness and presentation standards are maintained.
• Communicate recurring quality concerns to Housekeeping leadership to support continuous improvement.
• Maintain accurate room inspection records and communicate readiness updates to departments.
• Assist with room preparation and minor corrective tasks to support timely room availability.
• Respond promptly to guest-related room concerns and coordinate with departments for timely resolution.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
