Trailborn Hotels in Williams, AZ seeks a Rooms Inspector to ensure guest rooms meet cleanliness and readiness standards. You will conduct detailed inspections and coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance to prepare rooms before guest arrival.

The role requires keen attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work with multiple departments in a fast-paced environment. The position is full-time with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hotel housekeeping or rooms operations.
• Strong attention to detail to identify deficiencies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and inspect multiple rooms.
• Work independently while coordinating with multiple departments.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Experience with Opera PMS or HotSOS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and readiness.
• Verify rooms are cleaned, stocked, and prepared for arrival.
• Communicate deficiencies to relevant departments.
• Ensure issues are addressed before marking rooms as Vacant Inspected.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office based on arrivals.
• Report maintenance issues via HotSOS or equivalent system.
• Conduct follow-up inspections to confirm issues resolved.
• Inspect designated public areas for cleanliness and presentation.
• Document room readiness updates to departments.
• Assist with room prep and minor tasks to speed availability.
• Respond to guest room concerns promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
