Job summary

Trailborn Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Rooms Inspector to ensure guest rooms meet our standards for cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and guest readiness. You will conduct detailed inspections and coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance to prepare rooms before arrival.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to prioritize inspections in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in hotel housekeeping or rooms operations.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to spot issues.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple inspections in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness, presentation, and functionality.
• Identify deficiencies and communicate findings to relevant departments.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Front Office, and Maintenance to prep rooms.
• Ensure rooms are ready before guest arrival and update status as needed.
• Maintain inspection records and report recurring quality concerns.
