L'Auberge Lake Charles is seeking a dedicated housekeeping professional to ensure guest rooms meet our property standards. You will perform daily cleaning tasks, maintain room status in the system, and coordinate with Engineering for any maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• One to two years of hotel housekeeping or related experience.
• Must be fluent and literate in English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms for cleanliness and quality, ensuring property standards are met or exceeded.
• Report rooms ready for occupancy and maintain room status in the system.
• Ensure housekeeping areas, floors, and equipment are set up in a standardized manner as per SOPs.
• Conduct daily shift pre-shifts, uniform inspection, and direct actions of floor personnel.
• Maintain confidentiality in all company matters and collaborate with other departments as needed.
