Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in hospitality management or related field is a plus.
• Previous housekeeping or related experience with 1–2 years in supervisory/inspector role.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify cleanliness and maintenance issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemicals.
• Familiarity with hotel PMS and generating reports.

Responsibilities

• Inspect guest rooms and suites for cleanliness, furniture arrangement, and amenity functioning.
• Identify and report maintenance or cleanliness issues to the appropriate departments.
• Train and supervise housekeeping staff on procedures and safety protocols.
• Maintain records of inspections and cleanliness scores; prepare reports.
• Coordinate with front desk, maintenance, and other departments for seamless operations.
• Address guest cleanliness concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure health and safety compliance and proper handling of hazardous materials.
