Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience and customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites according to established cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Ensure linens, towels, and toiletries are stocked and refreshed in guest rooms; report deficiencies to housekeeping supervisor.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Greet guests in a friendly, courteous manner and respect privacy during room cleaning.
