Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping/cleaning experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Able to learn quickly and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms and suites to established cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Restock linens, towels, and amenities and report any damages to the supervisor.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed to maintain sanitation.
• Greet guests courteously while respecting privacy during cleaning and service.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries to enhance their stay.
• Report issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Collaborate with room attendants and hotel staff for smooth operations.
• Communicate room status and guest preferences to the team to ensure efficiency.
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations and hotel policies.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to the supervisor immediately.
