Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Crabtree is seeking a friendly Housekeeping Room Attendant to help maintain clean, comfortable guest rooms and public spaces. You will follow established procedures for stay-overs, deep cleaning, and laundry, delivering attentive service to every guest.

You must meet safety standards, communicate effectively with guests and colleagues, and work as part of a larger housekeeping team to uphold the Hampton brand quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is desired but not essential.
• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate politely with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of guest rooms and public areas to Hilton QA standards.
• Respond to guest needs in a courteous, timely manner.
• Follow safety, sanitation, and chemical handling procedures.
• Assist with deep cleaning and laundry tasks as assigned.
• Keep storerooms organized and report maintenance issues.
