Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeper at our Raleigh, NC location. You will be responsible for maintaining, cleaning, and sanitizing guest rooms to ensure a premier experience for every guest, following brand standards and safety guidelines.

Ideal candidates will have a High School diploma or GED and prior housekeeping experience. You will work with a team and may be scheduled weekends and holidays to support guest satisfaction and hotel operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is desired, but not essential.
• Previous related experience – housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning service - strongly preferred.
• Ability to work well with other team members and departments.
• Effective communication with hotel guests and clients.
• Follow safety and cleaning procedures and standards.

Responsibilities

• Seek opportunities to exceed guest and team member’s expectations.
• Maintain safety and security at all times—security and privacy of guest suites, fire safety, laundry chutes, storage rooms and stair wells.
• Follow hotel procedures for daily operating supplies, linens, amenities.
• Consistently clean assigned rooms/suites to Hilton QA standards.
• Report maintenance problems or complete work orders.
• Spot clean walls, carpets, light fixtures, etc.
