Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms and public areas in accordance with Hilton brand standards to ensure guest satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and a commitment to hospitality excellence.

You will replace linens, make beds, replenish supplies, and clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and sanitize surfaces while reporting issues promptly and keeping carts organized.

Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 25-50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Clean and service assigned guest rooms according to Hilton brand standards.
• Replace linens, make beds, and replenish guest room supplies.
• Clean bathrooms, dust furniture, vacuum floors, and sanitize surfaces.
• Report maintenance issues or safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain housekeeping carts and storage areas in an organized manner.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests.
• Follow all company safety, OSHA, and cleanliness standards.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
