Qualifications

• Must be over age 18.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to pass a criminal records background check.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness.
• Ensure that all amenities and supplies are fully stocked and in good condition.
• Report any maintenance issues or damages to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with laundry and other housekeeping duties as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
