Job summary

Hilton's Hampton Inn & Suites in Raleigh, NC is seeking a Room Attendant/Housekeeper to maintain cleanliness and safety in guest rooms and public areas.

You will follow health standards, assist with deep cleaning, and respond to guest needs in a courteous manner. Previous housekeeping experience is preferred; high school diploma helpful.

This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is desired, but not essential.
• Previous related experience in housekeeping, hospitality, cleaning service is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work with team and follow daily tasks from assignment sheets.

Responsibilities

• Seek opportunities to exceed guest and team member’s expectations.
• Maintain safety and security at all times – security and privacy of guest suites, fire safety, laundry chutes, storage rooms and stair wells.
• Understand and follow Health Department standards of room/suite cleanliness.
• Complete all essential training within 7 days of hire, and other orientation within 30 days.
• Consistently clean assigned rooms/suites to Hilton QA standards.
• Spot clean walls, carpets and fixtures; report maintenance needs.
