Job summary

Think Hospitality is seeking a dedicated housekeeper to maintain spotless guest rooms and bathrooms to our standards. You will perform thorough maid service, replenish amenities and linens, and assist guests with requests.

You will inspect rooms for cleanliness, report maintenance concerns, and support lobby and PM attendants in a fast-paced environment. A reliability and commitment to superior customer service are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to carry 25 lbs.
• Commitment to superior customer service and excellence in service delivery.
• Strong initiative and self-motivation.
• Fluency in English both verbal and non-verbal.
• Appreciation and respect for diversity in the workplace.
• Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum one year experience in housekeeping.
• Able to work days, evenings and weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide maid service for guest rooms and meet cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Replace unused amenities and report maintenance concerns.
• Assist Lobby Attendant in delivering guest requests.
• Perform cleaning, vacuuming, dusting, replenishing amenities, linens, supplies, and ice as requested by guests.
• Clean bathtub, toilet, sink, mirrors, tiles, counters and floors.
• Assist PM attendants by stripping and making beds and dusting furniture, pictures, and shelves.
• Empty trash and sign for room keys; restock heavy cart.
• Visually inspect rooms for cleanliness and sign off completion.
• Assist Lobby Attendant in public areas as needed.
• Attend all mandatory meetings; report suspicious persons or hazards to Safety/Security.
• Provide general public guidance for guest and employee safety in emergencies.
• Complete other duties as assigned; maintain neat work area.
