Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read, write, and understand English.
• Excellent customer relations skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills and ability to operate standard hotel equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean all guest rooms as assigned within the required time frame.
• Replenish room amenities, towels, and consumables.
• Change bed linens and make beds.
• Restock cleaning carts and linen closets on assigned floors.
• Thoroughly clean bathrooms and sanitize surfaces.
• Vacuum and deodorize carpets; dust and polish furniture.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Assist with deep cleaning projects as per program.
• Follow safety, security, and company policies at all times.
