Job summary

Legacy Hospitality is seeking a diligent Guest Room Attendant to clean, service, and inspect guest rooms to ensure comfort and safety for guests. You will greet guests professionally, replenish supplies, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Front Office to maintain room readiness.

Responsibilities include following safety procedures, handling cleaning chemicals properly, and supporting laundry tasks as needed during shifts. A flexible schedule including weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred or equivalent experience.
• Previous housekeeping, janitorial, cleaning or hospitality experience preferred; one year is a plus.
• Must demonstrate organization, time-management and professional communication with guests and team.

Responsibilities

• Clean, service, and inspect assigned guest rooms and related areas per standards.
• Review room statuses, arrivals, departures, and special requests to complete tasks.
• Replenish amenities, linens, and supplies according to property standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping carts and equipment; assist with laundry when needed.
• Respond to guest requests professionally and report any deficiencies or safety concerns.
