Job summary

Parable Hospitality is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain guest rooms to our standards in a welcoming, efficient manner. You will clean and prepare rooms, restock amenities, and assist with housekeeping tasks while coordinating with other hotel departments.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, reliability, and professional communication with guests and team members in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
• Basic cleaning skills and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow safety, security, and lost-and-found procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs and work on a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and prepare guest rooms to Company standards.
• Make beds, dust, vacuum, clean bathrooms, wipe surfaces and walls.
• Restock guest room amenities according to Company standards.
• Report maintenance issues or damaged items to the manager.
• Maintain security of room keys and assist with housekeeping duties as needed.
• Communicate professionally with guests, managers and team members.
