Job summary

Bentley Legacy in Napa, CA seeks a diligent hotel housekeeping staff member to maintain clean guest rooms and public areas. You will change linens, sanitize bathrooms, and assist with restocking supplies while ensuring guest comfort.

The role requires physical stamina, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Bilingual candidates are a plus, and weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping experience is a plus.
• Ability to bend, lift 25–30 pounds.
• Stand/walk for the full shift.
• Work with little supervision while maintaining high cleanliness.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• Bilingual is a plus.
• Ability to communicate with guests and team members.

Responsibilities

• Approach all guests and employees with a smile.
• Make beds, change linens, clean and sanitize guestrooms and bathrooms.
• Vacuum, sweep or mop floors as appropriate.
• Restock guest supplies such as soap, shampoo, bottles of water or coffee service.
• Remove all trash and dirty linen from guest rooms.
• Clean public areas such as hallways, lobby and public restrooms.
• Report any technical or maintenance issues to supervisor.
• Perform other tasks / jobs as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Intermittent "deep cleaning" tasks, including but not limited to cleaning AC coils, touching up paint on walls and furniture, rehanging sliding doors, etc.
