Job summary

SpringHill Suites Napa Valley in Napa, CA is seeking a housekeeping associate responsible for cleaning and preparing guestrooms to hotel standards. You will vacuum, dust, make beds, and restock supplies to ensure guest comfort and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include safe operation of equipment, inventory tasks, assisting with maintenance requests, and following all safety and emergency procedures. A friendly, guest-focused demeanor is essential for daily interactions with guests.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift, push, and pull a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean assigned guestrooms according to hotel standards, including beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Restock useable items in suites (paper goods, soap, towels, etc.) as designated by hotel standards.
• Clean exterior entry areas and windows as per hotel standards.
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain and restock housekeeping cart daily.
• Assist in monthly housekeeping inventory.
• Know and follow hotel emergency procedures and safety guidelines.
• Adhere to hotel QA standards and key control procedures.
• Log lost and found items with supervisor/manager.
• Provide friendly, welcoming guest interactions and respond to special requests.
