Responsabilidades

• Clean assigned guestrooms according to hotel standards, including beds, bathrooms, vacuuming, and dusting.
• Restock amenities and items in suites as designated by hotel standards.
• Maintain and restock housekeeping carts daily and assist in inventory.
• Follow safety guidelines and hotel quality assurance standards.
• Handle keys and log lost items, assist guests with requests and questions.
• Follow emergency procedures and report unusual situations to supervision.
