Job summary

HHM Hotels is seeking a Room Attendant to clean and maintain guest rooms to meet established standards, greet guests warmly and ensure timely service.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience required or equivalent training.
• Understand and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly greeting.
• Clean guest rooms to standards within the allotted time.
• Change bed linens and replace towels and amenities.
• Dust furniture and fixtures; clean walls and surfaces.
• Notify managers about repairs needed in guest rooms.
• Process guest items left in rooms per lost and found policy.
• Follow safety procedures and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• Perform house person and lobby duties when short staffed.
• Support higher guest satisfaction scores through quality service.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
